These Terms govern your use of the Quiy Translate website and the engagement of any service.

By placing an order, requesting a quotation, or otherwise engaging with us, you agree to these Terms and any project-specific statement of work issued in writing.

Services are delivered to professional standards, but Quiy Translate is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of translated or written materials. The maximum liability for any single engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

All intellectual property in deliverables is assigned to the client upon full payment, except for underlying methodologies, templates and reusable assets, which remain ours.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kampala.
