Professional Services Agreement

This Professional Services Agreement supplements the Terms & Conditions and applies to all engagements between Quiy Translate and the Client.

1. Scope. Each engagement is defined by a written statement of work (SOW), purchase order or accepted quotation specifying deliverables, languages, timelines and fees.

2. Fees & Payment. Fees are invoiced in USD unless otherwise agreed and are due within 14 days of invoice. Late payments accrue interest at 1.5% per month.

3. Acceptance & Revisions. The Client has 7 days from delivery to request revisions. Major scope changes will be re-quoted.

4. Confidentiality. The Confidentiality Policy applies in full.

5. Intellectual Property. Ownership of deliverables transfers on full payment. Quiy Translate retains the right to refer to the engagement (excluding confidential content) in capability statements.

6. Liability & Indemnity. As set out in our Terms & Conditions.

7. Governing Law. Uganda; courts of Kampala.
