Refund Policy

Because our services involve the production of bespoke intellectual work, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Where work has not yet commenced, full refunds are available within 48 hours of payment. Where work has begun, refunds are pro-rated against work delivered to date.

If a deliverable does not meet the agreed scope, we will re-do the work at no additional cost. Refunds will be issued only where re-work is not commercially appropriate, at our sole discretion.
