Confidentiality Policy

Confidentiality is the foundation of our practice. Every Quiy Translate engagement is governed by a default mutual non-disclosure agreement (NDA), and we can sign client-specific NDAs on request before any material is exchanged.

Sensitive documents are processed by named, vetted team members only. Files are stored in access-controlled environments and deleted from working systems after project close-out, subject to legal retention obligations.

Sub-contractors and freelance specialists are bound by equivalent confidentiality terms. Breaches of confidentiality are treated as a serious professional offence and may result in immediate termination of engagement and legal action.
